Research Associate Professor
International Centre for Radio Astronomy Research
As a researcher with the International Centre for Radio Astronomy Research (ICRAR), Kevin is helping solve the extraordinary computational and data challenges facing the Square Kilometre Array (SKA) Radio Telescope.
Kevin considers himself one of the luckiest geeks on the planet. He is paid to do what he loves – astronomy and computing with some of the biggest baddest computers on the planet.
Kevin is also a Fellow of the Australian Computer Society and, until he lost his hearing, was a Volunteer Bush Fireman.
