Manager, Economics Advisory Section
Since joining the Australian Communications Authority in 1999, Mark has worked on variety of regulatory and pricing issues relating to telecommunications, radiocommunications and broadcasting issues.
Currently Manager of the Economics Advisory Section within the ACMA, Mark and his team have responsibility for providing economic research and advice and leading the spectrum pricing work of the agency. Recent work includes the ACMA’s opportunity cost pricing in the 400 MHz band and the pricing of the ACMA’s harmonised government spectrum initiative.
Mark has a Masters of Commerce from the University of Melbourne.
