Michael Doucet is an extremely well-respected leader in the public safety information management community in Canada. He has a vast amount of experience in the policing and intelligence community. Michael frequently speaks on national security, public safety and the balance between security and privacy. He will share the themes of his 2016 white paper on the state of technology in Canada and outline how it relates to privacy and security in Canada, the United States, and internationally. Complementing this talk will be insights on the delicate balance between privacy and security.
