Marc Klomp

National Security Manager,

Marc Klomp is currently the National Security Manager for Vicinity Centres which currently operates 66 shopping centres around Australia. Prior to joining Vicinity Centres Marc was with the Victoria Police for 28 years and retired as an Acting Inspector. In 2007 and 2008 Marc was seconded to the AFP performing duties in Timor Lesté and Solomon Islands. After the bushfires of 2009 Marc was temporarily assigned to the State Emergency Response Coordination Unit and a secondment to the OESC in the Capability Enhancement Unit as the Police Advisor. Marc is a IAEM Certified Emergency Manager, he has completed a Bachelor of Emergency Management.
